After an unexpected blow out on the Interstate, just before Thanksgiving, I decided to replace all the tires on my motor home. The blowout happened just south of Elk City, OK. I called Debbie the next day, and she ordered new tires for me, and made a special call to let me know the tires came in early. So 8AM on Saturday, Chad got his team in gear [Chase, Andrew, and Kit?]. I was on my way back to El Paso an hour later. The new tires performed superbly despite serious gusting crosswinds. Once the winds died, the motor home felt like new again. I can’t say enough good for the entire team at T and W Tire in Elk City. I THANK YOU all!!
I have been dealing with Jason at this Ada, ok branch since 2004 and they have never let me down. I depend on them for my personal vehicles and have used them in every commercial business I have been with. They have always gone out of there way to make my job easier and always give 110%. this is a great group of people and I am familiar with several of them and we all know each other on a first name basis. They make my job as a service manager for one of the largest rental companies in North America very easy when it comes to my tire needs. I recommend them to all.
Just incredible service! I was in a jam with a failed tire on my motorhome while on vacation passing through Oklahoma City. They got me in, replaced the tire with great pricing, in less than 2 hours with no appointment! The whole staff was great, especially Steven! Thanks guys.
These guys are amazing great deals and great service. Came in for a missing sensor code and found I had 2 missing. They were able to change out the old ones and re balance and mount in no time! Definitely will be back again. Thanks guys!!!
